We are a global supplier of high-quality rice and sugar, exporting in bulk to international clients since 2003.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • You represent a company or business entity involved in import, distribution, or retail.

  • You provide accurate and complete information during registration and ordering.

3. Products and Orders

  • Products listed on our website (e.g., Jasmine Rice, Basmati, ICUMSA sugar) are available for bulk purchases only.

  • Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply and are outlined in each quotation.

  • All orders are subject to availability and final confirmation by TS Sales Co. Ltd.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in USD (or another agreed currency) and may vary depending on product, volume, packaging, and shipping terms.

  • Payment terms are specified in the Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract.

  • Accepted payment methods include T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), or other agreed modes.

  • Orders are processed upon receipt of advance payment or as per contract.

5. Contracts and Documentation

  • A formal Sales and Purchase Agreement must be signed for long-term or bulk transactions.

  • TS Sales Co. Ltd provides full export documentation, including:

    • Commercial Invoice

    • Packing List

    • Bill of Lading

    • Certificate of Origin

    • Inspection Certificate (upon request)

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • All shipping terms (FOB, CIF, CNF, etc.) are agreed upon before dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on destination and shipping method.

  • Delays caused by customs, strikes, or natural events are beyond our control and do not constitute breach of contract.

7. Returns and Claims

  • Due to the nature of bulk international trade, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or does not match the contract.

  • Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the shipment, along with photographic or video evidence.

  • Discrepancies will be resolved based on third-party inspection reports or mutual agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including images, text, logos, and documents — is the property of TS Sales Co. Ltd. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute our materials without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

TS Sales Co. Ltd shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Loss of profits due to delayed shipments or customs clearance

  • Damage resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising will be settled under Thai jurisdiction, unless mutually agreed to resolve via arbitration or mediation.
